Wal-Mart Haul

Blogging Issues

Ugh, for some reason I have been having blogging issues.
Nothing is coming to my mind to write about or even share.

I have no idea why?

I still post on my beauty blog about every other day.

I've been struggling the past 1 and a half with my healthy eating/workout routines.
I haven't been to the gym in 7 days and I have no motivation to go.
Even after losing 22lbs. I think the reason is because I lost 22lbs and you can't tell.
You can only see it in my face.
And let me tell you, I was working my ass off for 3 months just for those 22 nonsense pounds.

I don't know, I need help, motivatio, please anything!!!!

I know and I am the one usually posting those motivational reminders,
I need to take my own advice but right now I am having a tough ass time.

As I complete each goal, I will cross it out in the

So I have decided to accept this challenge of completing 101 things in 1001 days.

June 1, 2011 to February 27, 2014.

  1. Become a successful Avon/Mark Representative
  2. Read 50 Biographies ( 0/50 )

  4. Eat Mcdonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  5. Get a part time job working with beauty products

Well, I didn't reach "my" goal of 180lbs.
I weighed in at 182lbs.

Last weeks workouts did NOT go 100% as planned, but I got it under control. haha.
My weigh in is on TUESDAY...omgosh so nervous!

Monday:
10 min warm up
Shoulders: press, machine press, raises
24 min jog

Tuesday:
10 min warm up
push-ups
Bikini Strap Workout by Toneitup
20 min stair climber
20 min elliptical

Wednesday:
10 min warm up
Chest: press, machine press, incline
(4) Sprints
(10) Stairs
1 mile run

Thursday:
10 min warm up
push-ups
Sandcastle Workout by Toneitup (2x)
500 Calorie Torching Treadmill Workout


Friday:
10 Min warm up
Triceps: push downs, overhead, dips, extensions
40 min elliptical

Saturday:
Just push-ups
*OFF*

Sunday:
10 min warm up
Legs: Squats, press, extensions
20 min jog

*This will be my last week of workouts looking "the same." I am re-vamping them for the following week. I am starting to get bored, and don't want to plateau.

Weightloss Update!

So just a little update :)

My "weigh-in" is on Tuesday. I chose that to be my weigh in
because I go to the doctors that day and can use their scale. haha!

Last time I was at the doctors, about two months ago, I weighed 197lbs.
I sneaked in an unofficial weight check on May 5th and weighed 187lbs.

I have lost 9.74 inches total since May 5th, 2011.
(1.74in since May 25th, 2011)

My weekly workouts will be posted tomorrow.
I have a BUSY week ahead of me, so planning is taking a little longer!

What NOT to do at the gym

Since I've been going to the gym just about every day for a month and half, there are so many things I witness, that I truly don't want to. I am just going to list them. Some are just to make you laugh, but they are TRUE!

1. Men: Why do you find it OKAY to fart around everyone and act like its nothing. It's disgusting and foul.
2. Please wear deodarent. There are times I have to get off my machine and switch because you smell THAT BAD.
3.  After your huge sweat session, WIPE OFF YOUR MACHINE! It's just gross!
4. There is no need to walk around the gym with your chest held so high it looks like your have a stick up your ass. We KNOW you have muscles.
5. STOP staring over at my machine. WHY? Because you think you are doing better than me? That's fine. I didn't know there was a competition.
6. WOMAN: Why do you leave the bathroom sink completely flooded with water? It takes 2 seconds to wipe it up.
7. WOMAN: Flush the damn toilet. That takes less than 1 second. Seriously?
8. MEN AND WOMAN: STOP wearing shorts that are TOO short. I mean girls, if you have nice legs , I am all for showing them off, but not when they are riding up your ass. Men, I just don't want to see your legs.
9. Jeans? at the gym? With timbs? WTH?
10. Take your gold chains off, it makes no sense to have them on.

Alright I am done ranting. I just HAD to get that off my chest. haha
