Workouts for the Week

So I figured every week I would share with you guys what my workouts will look like for the week!
Feel free to leave any positive comments or suggestions :)

Monday (Today!)
  • 10 min Warm up on Treadmill
  • Chest - Press, flies, machine, incline
  • 10 Stairs
  • 1 mile assessment run
(I burned a total of 600 calories and ran my one mile in 7 mins 14 secs!)

Tuesday
  • Push-up sets
  • Sit up sets
  • 40 Elliptical
  • Hot Legs workout by Fitness Magazine
  • Stretching
Wednesday
  • 10 min Warm Up
  • Triceps - push down, overhead, dips
  • Slimming Pyramid by Tone It Up
  • 20 min jog
  • Stretching
Thursday
  • Push-up sets
  • Sit-up sets
  • 40 min Elliptical
  • Hot Legs workout by Fitness Magazine
  • Stretching
Friday
  • 10 min Warm Up
  • Shoulders- dumbbell press, machine press, raises
  • Sprints
  • 3 mile walk
  • Stretching
Saturday
  • Push-up sets
  • Sit-up sets
  • 60 min elliptical
  • Stretching
Sunday
  • Stretching
  • 20 min jog
