As a result, I made myself some breakfast this morning!
Egg whites with Morning Star meatless scramble, strawberries, and a smoothie.
My smoothie has: 1 cup Almond Milk, 1/2 cup non fat yogurt, half scoop of strawberry Whey Protein, 1/2 large banana
All YUMMMY!!!!
