Unfortunatly I did not get any exercise in Saturday or Sunday, but I watched my calories well on Sunday.

(4) 1/4mile Sprints
10 min run
5 stairs
2 mile walk/jog
Chest: press, flys, machine, incline
Friday:
push-ups
sit-ups

30 min treadmill
30 min elliptical
Saturday:
24 min run
Triceps: pushdown, overhead, dips
