- Slimming Pyramid by Tone It Up
- 20 min jog
- Stretching
- Push-up sets
- Sit-up sets
- 40 min Elliptical
- Hot Legs workout by Fitness Magazine
- Stretching
- 10 min Warm Up
- Shoulders- dumbbell press, machine press, raises
- Sprints
- 3 mile walk
- Stretching
- Push-up sets
- Sit-up sets
- 60 min elliptical
- Stretching
